What is a propositional bet?
Propositional bets are often called "props." These are exotic bets which typically involve specific events during a specified game. Any bet that cannot be classified a side or total wager is probably a prop.What are examples of propositional bets?

And many, many, many more possible.
What is the point of propostion bets?
They are fun... The odds of winning a high percentage of these is more random than being a good sportsbetter. But it adds another dimension to the game when you are worried about a team kicking a 41 vs 39 yard field goal.
