Ncaa tournament
What started out as a great day turned out to be a bad one after the night games. I was really happy with USC’s rather easy win over Boston College, after I was shocked earlier in the day at West Virginias early exit from the tourney. The night turned out really bad though with losses from Ohio state and a really surprising loss from Florida State. The Seminoles had really been playing great ball and I really saw both the Seminoles and the Mountaineers at least advancing beyond the first round and maybe a shot to go deeper in the tournament.
The worst part of the day was not even from a pick I had wagered on but the state of my bracket. I love the contests this time of the year and because I wager a lot during the year I had a ton of offers from books to join the bracket contests. Yesterday probably dealt a fatal blow to my brackets with one of the most surprising losses I can remember in years. Wake Forest losing was an absolute shock, I have actually watched the horizon league this year online through their free streaming site and seen Cleveland State quite a few times and I couldn’t have seen this upset coming in a million years. You have to pick some upsets in your bracket but that is one I would never have chosen. Most people probably did not have Cleveland State winning but combined with West Virginia,Ohio State, and Florida States’ early exit, all of my brackets are probably in real trouble.
The ACC has been absolutely awful so far in the the tourney so far. I can remember Clemson and Wake forest in the top ten beating the likes of Carolina, Duke and playing great ball. Now theses teams are back at home after early exits and another surprising team ACC going home in Florida State. Pitiful.
On to my picks for the day, I am going to update throughout the day with more picks and a few write ups but I wanted to get the UCLA/Villanova tip in before the game starts. I will also be back during the day to update my record, I went from being up 90 dollars in the first day to actually starting the today down.
I love this early game though, I am a big UCLA fan but I really see them having trouble against Villanova. I am going to take the Wildcats.

Alright,we are starting the day off right and I am in the black again, but it would be nice to build a winning bankroll and play with hous emoney. My two favorite plays today were villanova and Oklahoma,if Oklahoma loses I am going to be down again. I will update record later tonight or tommorow morning, it looks like it may be a great day if Oklahoma comes through.
